Our story began the day we became parents for the very first time. With the arrival of our daughter, Alicia, our world changed overnight. Like many new parents, we had no prior experience and quickly realized how overwhelming it could be — sleepless nights, endless breastfeeding struggles, and the constant worry of “Am I doing this right?”

When Alicia turned six months old, we faced another challenge: introducing solid foods. We leaned on parenting books for guidance, and they became our lifeline. Every page gave us ideas, encouragement, and practical tips that made us feel less alone.
